Curt Powell - President

Curt PowellCurt's 30-year background in product development, marketing, research and analysis for Fortune 1000 companies in a variety of industries makes him eminently qualified to make MindRamp the leader in building customer relationships.

He has worked in analytics since the late 1980s, when he moved into the field from product marketing at Citibank. Curt's unique experience in analytics and marketing allows him to identify opportunities and present his findings relevant to marketers.

Some of his many accomplishments include:
  • Developed "Target Mindset Segmentation" research approach used by two of the nation's largest pharmaceutical companies and a regional telecommunications firm
     
  • Developed new segmentation, retention and product bundling strategies for national trade associations
     
  • Provided key industry research insights and strategies for business planning in the security, education, energy, financial services and health care industries
     
  • Research Fellow, Gallup International Institute at Princeton
     
  • American Marketing Association, Telly and Direct Marketing Association awards for research, advertising and marketing excellence

Adina W. Wasserman, Ph.D. - Director of Market Research

Adina W. WassermanAdina has worked in research since the early 1990s. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She completed her master's and Ph.D. in social psychology at Florida State University, studying group dynamics and influences on behavior and decision-making. Adina is highly trained in both quantitative and qualitative research methodology, interpreting the data for strategic marketing tactics. Throughout her career she has conducted research for both national and international clients in a wide variety of industries, as well as local municipalities and governments.

Prior to joining MindRamp, Adina was the Market Research Manager at First Marketing, a customer retention specialist company, where she was responsible for all primary research conducted for clients. Her influence at First Marketing greatly expanded the research capabilities offered by providing clients with evidence-based information about their customers to guide strategic communication and marketing campaigns.

Ty Noonan - Senior Consultant

Ty is currently the Senior Consultant at MindRamp. He has 13 years of marketing, sales and data analytics experience working with Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to MindRamp, Ty was the director of marketing for NowDocs International Inc. He also worked at SPSS, the leading provider of analytical solutions, in business development, sales and marketing. He has a master of science degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a bachelor of science degree in psychology from California Lutheran University.


Danielle Sell - Project Consultant

Danielle has been managing projects within the healthcare, scientific and information technology industries since 2002. She also has extensive experience with trade associations.

Prior to MindRamp, Danielle was with a software company specializing in the medical and scientific industries. She also worked at the American Association of Neurologic Surgeons with their conference and education departments. She earned her undergraduate degree from DePaul University in Chicago, IL.


Craig Akers - Senior Consultant

Craig has his bachelor of arts in business management and economics from Cornerstone University and will be completing his master's in business administration from the Seidman School of Business at Grand Valley State University in the spring of 2008. He has previously held the position of project manager and applications team lead at the largest local payroll and tax filing service in the West Michigan area.
